Install the LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress and activate it.
From the WordPress dashboard, go to LiteSpeed Cache -> Settings, and make sure the Enable LiteSpeed Cache option is set to Enabled.
Enable all desired caching and optimization features in the various tabs.
That's it.
I haven't noticed any issues. Always be careful when enabling JS and CSS cache. But with this tool I can reach AA on GTmetrix in about ten minutes and be in the green on Google Search Console.
